AUXPAMA presents its new water pressure control system for its bread dough cutting (scoring) machines with pressurized WATER
When we cut bread dough with pressurized water it is very important that the water pressure is constant at all times.
In AUXPAMA we have designed a pressure control system with OMRON automation equipment that, through a PID control, we can maintain an optimum and constant pressure for the cutting at all times.
Besides a correct pressure AUXPAMA offers a complete filtration equipment and the possibility of making all kinds of cuts on the bread in a fast and simple way.
We offer bread dough Scoring Machine with manual handling of trays (CorSER) with automatic handling of trays in racks (Trolley) (CorCAR) and for automatic lines (CorLIN)
